Charlotte Lipscomb

Elected Terms: 2018-2020; 2021-2023

As a fourth-generation Texan and REALTOR® in Austin since 1984, Charlotte considers giving back to the community — both personally and professionally — a vital part of living, working, and thriving in the Austin community. She’s been recognized by ABoR as Salesperson of the Year as well as Volunteer of the Year and has served on the MLS Syndication Advisory Task Force. Prior to joining Compass, Charlotte helped form Austin Portfolio Real Estate/Keller Williams Luxury International. She was an AvenueOne Properties shareholder for more than 25 years, where she also served in a variety of board roles. Charlotte has a very long history in Austin real estate and has qualified as a member of the Elite25 for over 25 years, and also holds the CRS, CLHMS, MRP, and C2EX designations. She has been awarded the Texas Monthly Five Star Professional award ten years in a row.

Personally, she has devoted time and energy to a variety of community causes, including  The Junior League of Austin, Coats for Kids, Austin Junior Forum, the Women’s Symphony League of Austin, Ballet Austin Guild, Mobile Loaves and Fishes, Preservation Austin, the Blanton Museum of Art, the LadyBird Johnson Wildflower Center, Umlauf Sculpture Gardens, Eanes ISD parent organizations, the Eanes Education Foundation and many more.
