As Director of Business and Professional Development, Danielle oversees all education programming, signature events, and Affiliate and Strategic Partner programs at ABoR. This includes ABoR On-Air, the Association’s live, online broadcast platform launched in 2020; ThinkUp, our premier real estate conference series; as well as ABoR’s annual Industry Awards.

Danielle has a professional background steeped in sales and customer service and is a product of a military upbringing. This had made her a detail-oriented, resourceful, and results-driven manager who builds highly productive teams and long-lasting connections with ABoR’s partners. Danielle loves working with people, delivering unparalleled member experiences through online and in-person events that meet the needs of our agents and brokers, and providing an educational path that allows our members to be the best in their field. She currently serves as Chair of the National Association of REALTORS® Professional Development Committee. 

Before joining ABoR, Danielle worked for the Austin Real Estate School as a Manager and KB Home as a Sales Counselor. She spends her time outside of work enjoying hot yoga classes, running, and watching the New England Patriots. She lives in Leander with her three children.
