Elizabeth Patton

Elizabeth monitors and advises on local public policy issues as a liaison to the Legislative Management Team and Public Policy Team. With a driven and authentic attitude, she is deeply committed to navigating projects effectively by always seeking common ground and a win-win outcome.

Before joining ABoR, Elizabeth worked at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee which advocates for pro-Israel legislation in Congress. She was in the Political Affairs team managing relationships with Congressional offices in Southern California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona and Hawaii. After having a discussion with ABoR’s top donors on such issues, Elizabeth was able to help our top donors create and foster relationships with members of Congress.

She is passionate about advocating for issues concerning keeping Austin affordable, as well as policies that make homeownership accessible to all Austin residents. Elizabeth is involved with the Neema House organization and Restoration Ranch. She holds a B.S. degree in International Studies with an emphasis in Middle East North African Studies from Pepperdine University. Her hobbies include paddle boarding and working out with her husband and dog, and she’s a big fan of The Office.
