Emily Bibby

Emily Bibby has been a member of the Austin Board of REALTORS^® for six years and is a third-generation REALTOR^® with over twelve years of industry experience. She is the co-founder of Sunny Lane Real Estate Group brokered by SOCO Advisory and her dedication to the industry makes her an ally for anyone looking to buy, sell, or invest in Austin real estate. Bibby has held numerous roles that include diving into land acquisition and development research for national homebuilders to market research and analysis in the commercial real estate sector.

In 2022, Bibby was recognized by ABoR with the REALTOR^® of the Year Award for distinguishing herself from her peers through both their industry involvement and career growth. Her tenured background as a market research analyst for well-known national home builders and national commercial real estate firms ensures her clients are making the most informed decisions.

Bibby holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University. She has previously served on the Austin Young Real Estate Professionals Board and currently serves on several committees with Texas REALTORS® & National Associations of REALTORS®. When she isn’t dissecting housing statistics, creating marketing plans for her listings, or showing homes to clients, you can usually find Bibby outdoors exploring the many parks in Austin with her husband, Reid, and their rescue dog, Cooper.
