Job Hammond is a real estate practitioner, industry leader and academic who incorporates drive, energy and passion into all real estate-related activities. His previous work experience is within the technology industry, where he worked with Fortune 500 companies and emerging start-up organizations.

As a broker-associate at Dash Realty, he was recognized as the 2019 REALTOR® of the Year by the Austin Board of REALTORS®. His focus areas include relocation, investors, listings, first-time buyers and those looking to move up. Hammond leverages techniques to give his clients a competitive advantage when buying or selling a house. He increases the chances of winning buyer offers by following guidelines outlined in his class Winning Multiple Offers with Job Hammond, taught to hundreds of real estate agents. Hammond serves as an adjunct real estate & finance professor at Austin Community College.

Hammond holds both an associate’s degree and a certificate in real estate from Austin Community College. He holds a master’s of business administration from Tarleton State University and a master’s of Science in Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce. As a believer in lifelong learning, he has earned over 30 real estate designations, certifications and endorsements. He has taken more than 340 real estate classes, totaling nearly 3,000 hours to benefit himself and his clients. During COVID-19, Hammond completed an education marathon, completing 72 real estate classes in 491 hours during a three-month period.

Hammond enjoys giving back to his profession and serves as a director on the 2019-2025 Board of Directors at ABoR, the 2020-2022 Board of Directors for the Texas Association of REALTORS® and the 2021-2024 Board of Directors at the Real Estate Business Institute. Supporting diversity is essential to Hammond as he served as the 2023 president of the Austin Chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America. He also serves as the regional vice president for the Texas Association of REALTORS®.
