Kevin Buttery is a Member Success Associate in the Member Services department at ABoR. With over 30 years of customer service experience, Kevin assists members through email, chat, and phone to address their questions and concerns regarding their ABOR and MLS memberships. He thrives in a collaborative environment, constantly seeking to enhance his knowledge while ensuring a positive impact on members’ experiences with ABOR.

Prior to joining ABoR, Kevin worked at the Texas Workforce Commission, providing assistance to employers with account-related inquiries and conducting account reviews. He has also accumulated 26 years of management and consultative sales experience in the Food & Beverage Industry, receiving several accolades during his career, including Jason’s Deli Manager of the Year and recognition for highest customer survey results.

Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management from the University of Houston. Kevin is actively involved in various professional and charitable organizations, including JDRF, Central Texas Food Bank, and Blue Santa. Outside of work and volunteering, he enjoys spending time with his six grandchildren, jogging with his dogs, watching sports and movies, and traveling whenever possible. He cherishes the vibrant Austin lifestyle, particularly the abundance of hiking and jogging trails and the diverse range of eateries in the city.
