Shelby leads the development and execution of the Association’s marketing and communications strategies. When combining her industry knowledge, strong strategic writing, and communications skills, she produces and maintains a consistent flow of data-driven, targeted communications across multiple channels. Her goal is to continually and effectively promote the value of the Association among ABoR members and consumers. What’s unique about Shelby’s role with us is that she works fully remote and is based in Portland, Oregon.

Before joining ABoR, Shelby worked as a Marketing Specialist and Executive Assistant for one of Portland’s top-producing real estate teams. In 2017, she made the move to the Portland Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® as their Communication Specialist.

Shelby graduated with a B.A. in Mass Communication from Idaho State University. While at Idaho State, she interned for the Department of Communication, Media, and Persuasion, which led her to become involved in their old-school letterpress printing studio. Shelby truly has a love for all things creative. Her creativity spans outside of her duties at ABoR with her love of photography and graphic design. When offline, you can catch her spending time with friends and family, paddle boarding, gardening, and cuddling up with her two cats.
