Sunny Tracey

Elected Term: 2022-2024

Sunny Tracey is the operations director at Spyglass Realty, where she’s helped grow the company from five to 100 agents over the past decade. She’s been a member of ABoR for over 10 years. As a native Austinite, Tracey has an astute understanding of what makes Austin unique and admired, while also understanding the challenges we face as a market.

Prior to starting her three-year term on the Board of Directors in 2022, she also served on the TREPAC committee, chairing in 2020 and the legislative management team for two years. She’s passionate about helping ABoR remain at the forefront of the industry while always maintaining an acute awareness of its members’ needs.

Tracey earned her bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and an MBA from Texas State University. She stays busy through her work at Spyglass Realty, service at ABoR and her family.
