Our longest tenured employee, Vicki has been with ABoR for over 20 years, bringing institutional knowledge to both her staff teammates and our Board of Directors. You will be hard-pressed to find anyone more dedicated and detail-oriented than Vicki. As Executive Administrator and Policy Officer, Vicki serves directly alongside the Board of Directors and ABoR’s representatives at the state and national Association levels. She’s also responsible for overseeing the development of our future leaders, as the liaison to the ABoR Vetting Committee, and in overseeing the annual Board Election process.

Before joining ABoR, she worked as a legal assistant for a law firm downtown, which helped her understand the importance of being detailed, clear, and precise. Vicki has a vast knowledge of governance structure and policy, and she ensures ABoR’s commitment to transparency can be upheld in her management of the business of the Board of Directors. She is a routine machine, which is especially beneficial as she manages the life cycle of ABoR’s governance mechanisms.

Having studied Physical Education at The University of Texas at Austin, Vicki is an avid golfer and served as Captain of the McKenny Cup, a Women’s Golf Association (WGA) tournament at Great Hills Country Club. She is a WGA member of Great Hills Country Club and can be found unwinding from the week on the Great Hills patio. Her other loves include gardening, Mexican food, and spending time with her family.
