All new real estate agents in Texas are required to complete 90 hours of SAE courses as well as TREC Legal I and TREC Legal II within two years of obtaining their real estate license. Now, new REALTORS® can fulfill ALL of these requirements through the ABoR Academy’s SAE Program!
What is the SAE Program?
The ABoR Academy's SAE Program is the most efficient and affordable way you can fulfill your SAE course requirement. A cost-effective alternative to the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI®), this 90-hour, three-course series will give you a foundational knowledge of everything you need to build a strong real estate career.
