Homesnap Pro Stories
Homesnap Pro agents have long been able to host virtual tours for clients. And since Homesnap Pro is FREE to all ACTRIS MLS subscribers, why not take advantage of this quick and easy tool?
To get started with your Homesnap Pro Story:
- Open the app
- Select Me > My Shortcuts > My Listings
- Click on the photo of the active property that you want to spotlight.
- From there, you can go to the top-left corner of your screen and choose Add Story. This will give you quick access to your device's camera.
Snap a pic or record a video? Depending on whether you want to highlight a certain room or feature, you can choose to use a photo rather than a video recording. Choosing a photo will also give you the ability to toggle, enlarge, or flip the image. If you want to get really creative, you can select the bubble with the smiley face and apply stickers to your image.
Stickers! Homesnap Pro has a variety of real estate themed stickers that add a little pizzazz to your virtual tour. These are especially useful if you want to promote recent upgrades and renovations, or even indicate that a neighborhood is dog-friendly (see below). From there, you can add text, music, and even record your own voice. Just remember: you only have 15 seconds to make a stellar virtual tour, so make it count!
Sharing is caring. Once you are satisfied with your virtual tour, preview it, and then share your tour via text message or across social media platforms, such as Facebook or Instagram. To begin engaging interested parties, pull up one of your active tours and click on the eye icon in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen. This icon shows you who has viewed your tour and enables you to start a conversation with them directly through the app.

Remine Pro Live Open Houses
Remine Pro now has Live Open Houses! This brand-new feature (FREE to ACTRIS MLS subscribers) takes the platform’s in-app live streaming capabilities and combines it with MLS virtual open houses, making it easier than ever for listing agents (or co-listing agents) to schedule and share live showings and connect with clients from afar.
Stream using any service. MLS subscribers are not confined to using Remine Live to broadcast their virtual open houses, and can use the Remine Live Open House feature with their app of choice (Google, Instagram, Facebook, Zoom, etc.) That’s right! REALTORS® can create a personal streaming link in a separate app and host it in Remine Pro. Just remember to include the full URL when scheduling your Remine Live Open House (example: https://www.zoom.us).
Getting started. Head to your Daily Dashboard in your Remine Live Open House and select My Listings (you can also schedule your Open House on the Property Details page). When choosing a listing for your Open House, note that the listing can ONLY be used if it is in the Active (A), Active Contingent (AC), or Pending taking Backups (PB) status.
After you select the listing you would like to feature, click the Create Live Open House button and schedule the day and time of your Open House. Your broadcast can stream for up to 30 minutes, but you can host as many sessions as you want throughout the day. From there, add your Open House link and click Update. Voila! Now, you are ready to go LIVE!
From your mobile device, go to the My Remine Live section of your Daily Dashboard and select the Open House you want to live stream. Once you start broadcasting, you can monitor the viewers on your stream and even flip the camera on yourself during the stream to address your audience.
