What is the ACTRIS MLS?
Members of ABoR leverage powerful data from our Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to stay on top of listings and close deals. The ACTRIS MLS uses accurate, timely, and comprehensive data to deliver an orderly marketplace for subscribers. Our members know that ACTRIS is the place to find what’s on the market in Central Texas.
What is a REALTOR®?
Holding a real estate agent's or real estate broker's license does not make someone a REALTOR®. To earn that distinction, a professional must abide by the strict REALTOR® Code of Ethics, which was adopted before the implementation of broad-based licensing requirements. The Code of Ethics establishes a standard of behavioral expectations that exceed legal requirements, ensuring that REALTORS® honor and respect clients' interests.
Many consumers see the REALTOR® designation as a signal that they are working with someone committed to professional enrichment and integrity. By teaming up with a qualified REALTOR®, we know Central Texans can find the home of their dreams.
What is the ABoR Foundation?
The Austin Board of REALTORS® (ABoR) Foundation connects the philanthropic passion of Central Texas REALTORS® to worthy local causes related to housing, education, and disaster relief. As a mechanism for real estate professionals to donate their time, talent, and resources to charitable outlets, the ABoR Foundation helps impact, sustain, and support the Austin-area community.
